Free UK delivery on every order
Delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a little longer.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–7 working days. Some items take longer, including our harness sets, which usually arrive within 5–12 working days of ordering. Each product page shows its own delivery time, so you'll always know before you buy. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates, and busy periods such as Christmas may take longer.
Orders with more than one item
Our products come from different suppliers, so items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Don't worry if one arrives first. You'll get tracking details for each parcel.
Christmas delivery
To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering by:
- Wednesday 9 December for most of our range
- Friday 4 December for items with a longer delivery time, including our harness sets
These are recommended dates, not guarantees. Carriers are very busy in December, so the earlier you order, the better.
Tracking your order
We'll email you a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. You can also ask our chat assistant for an update using your order number and email address.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email tdandy31@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only change the address before your order is dispatched.
Late, missing or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email tdandy31@gmail.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where needed.
