Free UK delivery on every order

Delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can take a little longer. If an item can't be delivered to part of the UK, we say so on its product page.

How long delivery takes

Most of our range ships from UK warehouses. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days and arrive within 2–7 working days of dispatch. Each product page shows its own delivery time, and if an item takes longer, we say so there before you buy. Our harness sets, for example, usually arrive within 5–12 working days of ordering. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Christmas delivery

For the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering by Wednesday 9 December for most of our range, and by Friday 4 December for items with a longer delivery time, including our harness sets. These are recommended dates, not guarantees, as carriers are very busy in December.

Tracking your order

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Our products come from different suppliers, so items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, then you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Some items can't be returned once opened for hygiene reasons, unless they're faulty.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund.
